We recommend express shipping for all lollies

Please take into account your location when purchasing as being in Australia we do live in a warmer climate and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22c. 

We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping where available to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post. 

We do our best to package parcels containing chocolate to suit the weather

    Very displeased in the 1kg pack of lollies ordered. From the photo displayed when selecting the 1kg anything mix it shows a mix of just kiwi lollies which would have been great however to my disappointment
    There was not one single lollie from the photo provided. 1 star.

Each pack is a unique combination, and the mix will vary depending on what’s available at the time of packing. We understand it can be disappointing if your favourites weren't included this time.

    That said, we truly value your feedback and would love the chance to improve your experience. If there are specific lollies you enjoy, we always recommend trying our Pick n Mix section where you can choose exactly what goes into your bag or alternatively we have a Kiwi Mix which comes in a 300g or 1Kg bag as well

    Great mix, however a few of them were not very likeable but all in all you get your money’s worth
