Please take into account your location when purchasing as being in Australia we do live in a warmer climate and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22c. 

We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping where available to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post.

    Eat sweet lollies is a rip off I spent 320 n got 1 box of lollies and they are advertising to be old school Lollies but tastes like shit

    Kylie, you scream red flags. Lets be real here, we went over this on the phone - you received TWO Boxes of lollies which containing ALL the lollies you paid for. You went too far with your threats on the phone, typical for a customer like you.
