Please take into account your location when purchasing as being in Australia we do live in a warmer climate and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22c.
We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping where available to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post.
