We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post.

    They were far too expensive for two very thin k bars I am really disappointed because I brought them for my adult children who enjoyed these in NZ ,I wint buy off you again way to dear for two KBars !!!
