Please take into account your location when purchasing as being in Australia we do live in a warmer climate and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22c. 

We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping where available to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post.

    No very happy

    I wasn’t happy that my items weren’t packed individually. I had to separate all the items into their own bags. Because they were all combined into 2 bagssome of the lollies tasted different from what I was used to. The fruit sticks I thought were like musk sticks that why I bought them but there nothing like the musk stick ones that come in fruity flavours. Disappointed
